In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CPR Response Plus is following the recommendations of health experts and the government of Ontario to practice social distancing. To flatten the curve, we have decided to postpone our in-class training effective immediately until further notice. We will review and reassess the situation on June 2nd and provide more information.
All Red Cross First Aid & CPR certifications will be considered valid 90 days beyond their expiry date.
Participants who require training in Standard, Emergency and CPR First Aid courses can register for an online component. Once the online component is complete, participants will receive a completion certificate which is valid for 90 days. This certificate can be validated by an employer. Participants will be required to complete in-person training within 90 days of completing the online component, after which they will be issued a 3-year certification.
We will make every effort to run scheduled courses, however course dates, locations and availability may change in response to the COVID-19 situation and how it evolves. We may increase the number of in-person course dates in the coming months to meet the needs of our participants.
